Müller Thurgau grapes in various clonal selections.
Production area
Maso Togn plot, located at 650 m.a.s.l. on the apical part of the alluvial Faedo fan; 20-30% slope, western exposure. Soil from morainic deposit with marly-calcareous mineralogy, sub-alkaline, silty texture, clay 12-15%, rich in skeleton and good organic matter content.
Telve plot, located at 450 m.a.s.l. on the central part of the Telve fan; 15-20% slope, southern exposure. Derived from typical schistose metamorphic of Lagorai rocks, peebly, sandy texture, permeable, well-drained, quite deep, decarbonated, sub-acid and average chemical fertility.
Vineyard characteristics
Maso Togn: installation dated 1997, vine density 5.600 plants/hectare, vertical-trellised, guyot training.
Telve: vineyard planted in 2009, vine density 5.600 plants/hectare, vertical-trellised, guyot training.
Harvesting
Grapes harvested by hand around the end of September, output of 80-90 quintals/hectare (1,5 kg/vine).
Vinification
Short cold maceration of crushed grapes, followed by traditional white wine vinification process performed entirely in stainless steel tanks.

Serve at 10°C.
Tasting notes and food pairings
Straw-yellow colour with green highlights; slightly aromatic nose with overtones of flowers and fruits. Elegant, soft, lingering taste.
Perfect as an aperitif, suitable for aromatic and/or spicy first courses.
